18th of March, 2022 – AMD X570, B550, A520, X470, B450 range with advanced configuration provides a perfect match for AMD RyzenTM 7 5800X3D processor’s 3D V-CacheTM technology, according to GIGABYTE TECHNOLOGY Co. Ltd, a major maker of motherboards, graphics cards, and hardware solutions. This match allows for considerable gaming performance improvements when designing extreme gaming setups.

Last year at COMPUTEX, AMD revealed the anticipated 3D V-CacheTM technology, and at CES 2022, AMD released RyzenTM 7 5800X3D, the world’s first CPU featuring 3D V-CacheTM. This new processor has a total of 96MB of L3 cache and provides a 15% jump in 1080p performance over the RyzenTM 9 5900X, promising gamers outstanding gaming performance.

GIGABYTE, as a top motherboard maker, ensures that the hardware design for new processors is ready from the start. Furthermore, GIGABYTE’s Research and Development team has been working closely with AMD to certify the latest AMD BIOS AGESA code and provides up-to-date BIOS for the X570, B550, A520, X470, and B450 motherboards to fully exploit the benefits of new processors. Once users download and update the newest BIOS from GIGABYTE’s official site, they may begin taking full advantage of the new processors’ gaming experience and performance.

The updated BIOS for GIGABYTE AMD motherboards with the RyzenTM 7 5800X3D processor has been posted to the official website. Users can upgrade the BIOS via standard methods such as @BIOS and Q-Flash, or they can use Q-Flash Plus to get the benefits of updated BIOS code and processors without having to install any processor, memory, or graphics card.
