The Commanding Force operation is now a reality!

Rainbow Six Siege’s upcoming season, Y8S1 Operation Commanding Force, was announced today. We took a look at one of the new features that will be included with the newest operation, Reload Rework, because there will be a tonne of new content released.

Reload Rework will significantly alter the game. Despite not appearing to be the most profound of changes, this new update alters how players will approach gunfights in the future.

Continue reading to learn more about Reload Rework and how to adjust to it!

Prior to Operation Commanding Force, players could initiate and cancel the reload animation at any time. This was usually a quick process, with all of the bullets from the magazine that had been briefly removed magically restored and ready to fire.

That, however, will no longer be the case. Reloading will be more difficult with Operation Commanding Force.

If players cancel the reload animation midway (after the magazine is removed) after the launch of the new operation, they will only be able to shoot the one bullet that is already in the chamber. Once you’ve fired the last bullet, you’ll have to completely reload the weapon before you can use it again.

In other words, if you’re reloading in the middle of a gunfight, you’re going to die.

With the new reloading system, players will have to be more cautious and consider when it is best to reload. You don’t want to be in a difficult situation!

When is the next Rainbow Six Siege operation?

Rainbow Six Siege’s next operation is set to be released on March 7.

It will include a new operator named Brava, who will use the Kludge drone to hack defensive devices.

Brava’s drone is a cross between Mozzie and Twitch. Brava’s drones can hack cameras as well as traps such as Lesion Gu, Kapkan traps, and Evil Eyes, which can only be triggered by defender operators once hacked.

Other features of Operation Commanding Force include Mousetrap, an anti-cheat system designed for console players, and others.

And, if you’re interested in Rainbow Six Siege esports, new information for the 2023 season will be released soon, including event location information, a new competition structure, and more!

You don’t want to miss out on anything important with Operation Commanding Force!
